I first met Dean on the 18th December 2019 when I took the keys for Plot 10 Southall Close, this was after the most unreal of property handovers where the house was in a complete state due to various issues.

Dean was introduced to me as the can-do guy who could resolve the paint issues, from what I gather Dean was one of the last off the site last year due to sorting my house out. Again, when I come back to the property on the 20th December it was so much better and the paint looked spot on.

It was a real shock to the system to see Dean back at Southall Close a year on, but still the same happy fella who just wants to make the property look right.

I had a lot of painting and finishing issues due to water stains as well as settlement cracks etc from the year.

Dean walked around the property with me and went through my snagging sheet and assured me of the work he had planned and how he was going to attack the work.

Dean is one of the most tidiest painters I have ever seen work, his attention to detail and critical eye to the finish and quality of his work is a testament to your company brand.

I would happily recommend Dave Manning Decorating and especially Dean to anyone.
